Navigating Grief is a professionally facilitated six-week psychoeducational programme designed to help you make sense of the psychological, emotional and physical impact of bereavement. Sessions are delivered weekly on a Tuesday between 12 and 2pm in Reading.
The programme provides a reflective space that has been created to gently support you through grief, helping you make sense of your experience and find ways to cope with life after loss. Rather than focusing solely on sharing experiences, this programme combines evidence-informed psychological teaching with guided reflection, discussion and practical strategies to help you understand your own grief and develop ways of living alongside it.
This is not group therapy or a bereavement counselling group. It is a structured educational programme that uses psychological and therapeutic techniques, offering a safe and compassionate environment in which to learn, reflect and connect with others who are also navigating loss.
