Struggling to cope?

Being human can be challenging. Difficult life events, the daily grind and changes in our personal circumstances can create the perfect storm that leaves us struggling. We're pretty good at developing strategies to help us cope. These can be effective and helpful in the short term but, over time, some might become harmful, leading to psychological distress. That’s when we need a little extra help to reflect, process and make sense of what’s going on. That’s where therapy comes in! Whatever you're experiencing, I offer online and in-person therapy and coaching, where we work together to understand what's led you here and how you want things to be different.
