Struggling to cope?

Being human can be challenging and overwhelming. Difficult life events, the daily grind and changes in our personal circumstances can create the perfect storm that leaves us struggling to cope. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to face it on your own. You may feel like you need a little extra help to reflect, process and make sense of what’s going on. That’s where therapy comes in. Whatever you're experiencing, I offer online and in-person psychological support and coaching, working together to understand what's led you here and how you want things to be different.

How can I help?

My approach.

Compassionate. Reassuring. Supportive

I provide a warm, encouraging and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely and explore your thoughts, feelings, hopes and fears without judgment. As a Counselling Psychologist, I'll use evidence-based techniques to work with you to help you feel supported, find balance, and move forward.
