Online Counselling Services
Testing the waters.
The idea of seeking out a therapist can feel overwhelming. It’s essential you feel comfortable sharing things with me, and I don’t want you to have to pay for my time until you know we’re the right fit.
That’s why I offer a free 15-minute online chat to understand your situation, needs and how I might help. If we both feel comfortable proceeding, we will schedule our first session.

Making therapy more accessible
Flexibility & convenience
Online therapy offers a flexible and convenient way to access counselling: your choice of therapist is not limited by geography and you can access sessions from the comfort of your home or workplace at a time that suits you.
Increased accessibility.
Online counselling is beneficial for those with: Disabilities or accessibility issues / Agoraphobia, panic attacks or anxiety / Caring or childcare responsibilities / Demanding schedules / Transportation issues / Or simply for people who are moving around a lot
Less stigmatising.
Online counselling can be less stigmatising for some individuals since there is no chance of being seen entering a Counselling practice and sessions are easier to slot in at your convenience.
Less exposing.
Some clients find online therapy less exposing and feel more able to open up about their feelings when they have the safety of a screen between them and the therapist
